FAQ
What are the procedures to register the license key for site collection?
Tips:
- You must register your license key for each site collection.
- The registered licenses are applied only the existing sites.
To reflect the licenses to the site that are created after the license" application, click "Reflect license" > "OK" in the "Manage Licenses" of Cybozu SP List Bulk Update" screen.
- To register your license key, you must have the one of the ( following permissions to the site collection:
- Full Control
- Design
- Manage Hierarchy
- 1. On the top level site of the site collection to which you want to ( register the your license key, click "Site Actions".
- 2. Click "Site Settings".
- 3. In the "Site Collection Administration" section, click "Manage ( Licenses of Cybozu SP List Bulk Update".
- 4. Click Register Customer Number. In the second or subsequent registration, this step is skipped, and ( you can proceed to step 7.
- 5. Enter your customer number in the "Customer Number" field.
- 6. Click "Save".
- 7. Click "Register License".
- 8. Enter your license key in the "License Key" field.
- 9. Click "Save".
The registered licenses are not applied to the sites.
The registered licenses are applied only the existing sites.
To reflect the licenses to the site that are created after the license application, click "Reflect license" > "OK" in the "Manage Licenses of Cybozu SP List Bulk Update" screen.
